Geraldine M. Randle

Geraldine M. (nee Moser) Randle, age 87, of Highland, IL., died Thursday, July 23, 2009, at Faith Care Center/Faith Countryside Homes in Highland, IL.

She was born May 18, 1922, in St. Louis, MO., the daughter of Gerald and Bertha (nee Utiger) Moser.

On October 25, 1941, she married William J. "Bill" Randle, who passed away December 7, 1989.

She was a member of First Congregational Church - Highland IL; Dorcas Fellowship at First Congregational Church; and
Highland Country Club "for many years".

Mrs. Randle was born in St. Louis; grew up in Highland at the home where House of Plenty Restaurant is now. She graduated from Highland High School in 1940 then she attended Secretarial School. She had worked at Scott Air Force Base & the Pubilc Health Department.She was a housewife in Highland for a all of her life. Geraldine enjoyed Golfing, Swimming, Bridge, Gardening and Church Activities.

Survivors include Son-Robert W. (Leslie B.) Randle of Wildwood, Mo., Grandchild-Scott W. Randle of Golden, Colo., Grandchild-Brett A. Randle of Oak Park, Ill.

She was preceeded in death by Father-Gerald R. Moser, Mother-Bertha --- Moser nee Utiger, Husband-William J. "Bill" Randle.

Service Information

Arrangements are being handled by Spengel-Boulanger Funeral Home in Highland, Ill.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM Monday, July 27, 2009, at Spengel-Boulanger Funeral Home in Highland, IL.

Funeral service will be at 11:00 AM on Monday, July 27, 2009, at Spengel-Boulanger Funeral Home in Highland, IL., with Rev. Dr. Maurice R. Smith, Pastor,
First Congregational Church
Highland, Illinois, officiating.

Interment will be at Highland City Cemetery in Highland, Ill.

Memorial contributions may be made to Faith Countryside Homes - Care Center; First Congregational Church or
Hospice of Southern Illilnois.
